Employer Selection
Qualified candidates are shortlisted and presented to the employer for review. Interviews, practical assessments and trade trials can also be coordinated depending on the role and requirements.
Documentation & Process Coordination
Once candidates are selected, we coordinate the required employment, onboarding and supporting documentation and assist with the relevant regulatory and immigration processes where applicable.
Placement & Follow-Up
Our involvement continues beyond candidate selection. We maintain communication with both employer and candidate throughout mobilisation, arrival, onboarding and the initial employment period to help ensure a smooth transition.
